Lyca’s POV

I gasped when I felt Xavier’s hot breath on my ear. The sensation it conveys is too much for me to handle.

‘Oh god, this is not happening! There is no way I’m attracted to him!’ I utter to myself in horror.

“I said I miss you…” Xavier whispered again as the hand that restrained my shoulder wrapped around me.

“Xavier, stop messing around! I told you, what happened in the past is a mistake, and I don’t want it to happen again…” With my remaining determination, I removed his hands that were hugging me.

But Xavier remains firm, “My little princess, you can’t run for me. You and I are bonded…”

Although I succeeded in taking off his hand around me, I failed to argue with his remark.

‘Bonded? Do I need to believe him? Surely Blake is just making a way to get close and make out with me!’ Thinking of this, my gaze became sharp.

“Huh! Do you think I’m too naive not to notice what you’re doing?! You’re making up a story, and for what?
