Chapter 2

The giant freaky-looking demon monster slowly walked towards Derrick, shaking the ground with every step.

"We shall eradicate every single one of you" it said as it sent its large right arm at Derrick. The arm turned into a large spike and headed for Derrick's face with immense speed, but before it could reach, the entire arm was cut into pieces by a swift whisk of wind. 

Every piece fell to the ground and Derrick stepped back, looking in different directions, wondering what could have cut the monster's arm like that. 

The giant beast stepped back as well, clenching tightly on his right hand, which was bleeding profusely. It looked up at Derrick and launched itself at him. Derrick took a battle stance and for a moment, it looked like he was ready to attack this monster head on, but the fear buried deep in his eyes was a little too much to hide. 

He clenched his fist tight in front of his face and waited patiently for the monster to reach him. M
