"Wha... What do you mean by that, Dad?" Rowlis asked with a little shiver in her voice as she started to tear up. Derrick went silent again, not knowing how to console her. He gulped in some saliva and said with a building lump in his throat,

"I... I mean that, you weren't born like others, you do not have a mother; I created you..."

"So you mean... My whole life has been a lie?" Rowlis asked, as a tear drop fell from her left eye, Derrick quickly grabbed her right hand and said, "No... Don't say that, you know I love you so much..."

"YOU LOVE ME?" Rowlis yelled suddenly, getting off the table she sat upon, "IS THAT WHY YOU HAVE BEEN LYING TO ME MY ENTIRE LIFE?" She yelled again. Derrick couldn't find the words to calm her down as his heart beat rapidly.
