Chapter 27

Veronica walked through the library quietly, searching for something. She had been walking for over 2o minutes and her mother, Queen Nebula, waited outside, speaking with the receptionist. 

“Where is it, where is it…” Veronica repeated as she continued her endless stroll around the different shelves. She continued walking for another 10 minutes until she finally came before a point in the library where two shelves met.

“Bingo!” She said silently. Then closed her eyes. “Spirits who reside in the relm of the unconcious, guide me…” She said. She reached for the small gap between the two shelves, and as she slid her hand in, extremely bright white light came pouring out, “I Knew it, this is a dream!” Veronica exclaimed.

“What are you trying to do?” Nebula's voice sounded. As Veronica turned to her direction, a large blade swung at her arm, slicing it in two. Veronica yelled in pain as she staggered backwards, holding her bleeding arm tightly.
