“Ughh! What's going on?” Veronica asked as she tried to push herself off the ground. Unfortunately, all the strength in her arms was gone. She dropped back to the ground before she could even get on her feet. 

“I can feel my magic draining…” Agnese said as her vision became blurry, her words trailing off like a battery running low. Terran noticed that Agnese was about to go unconscious, he turned to David and yelled, “David, you're going to kill everyone here. Stop this right now!” 

David just stood quietly in front of the door, his body emanating what looked like red smoke. Red sparks flew off his body and the energy his body released increased.

Agnese cried in pain as she felt her entire being crumbling. Tears rolled down her cheeks and particles from her skin flew off.
