Chapter 56
I'm running through a slippery terrain and covered by dry leaves. I can feel the clay sticking to my bare feet. I have to run away. This is my first and last chance. My feet sink into a puddle of mud and a man behind my back throws me to the ground. He falls on me and for a moment I can lose him, but he runs towards me. I feel my legs hurting and shaking as I run. The burning between my legs almost makes me give up continuing. I know I can't stop. I know what he's going to do if I stop running.
My feet get wet by the small current I just crossed. The man catches up with me. He throws me to the floor again and, this time, the sadistic smile fills his lips. He smiles as he gathers my blonde strands in his hands and pulls my hair hard. The screams echo from my throat, although I know that no one can hear me. He knows that, that's why he laughs. His laughter penetrates as deep as possible into my brain, internally I wish I never to hear him laugh like that agai
