Chapter 29. Worst Enemy

"Oops! When did you get here?"
We were alone in the garage and I feared, that someone was somewhere hiding to see what might transpire between us.
He too was alert, so he withdrew his body and leaned on the car.
"Just now." He responded and adjusted his collar. "Who do you love, me or the new car?" He queried, his gaze fixated on my face.
"Fuck!" I blushed a little.
I was both shy and scared to face him so I decided to look elsewhere.
I was feeling in love, I shut my eyes and opened them immediately, just to be sure that I was awake.
I held my head at an oblique position, so that I could, by merely shifting my eyes, look at my husband and then at the chopper whenever I did not want to meet his gaze.
