Chapter 79. Mirabelle’s Secrets Revealed

Lilith’s POV

The look of hurt burning in her eyes and the tears had me dancing in my head. I planned everything getting to the hallway wasn’t by mistake or chance it was my ploy. I tiptoed to his door and heard them arguing and when the sound of his footsteps approached the door I swung out on my feet as planned.

Alpha Dargan is a fool to think I would let him slip easily from my grasp. The wine he was made to drink was s****d and when he fell on the floor I dragged him to the bed removing his clothes and mine lying together to set the record we had sex.

It was easier than I thought. I broke them apart more quicker than I envisioned and I had to be fast to get my mission locked. I won’t let Anabelle be Queen over the seven kingdoms. I worked hard for years yet he never made me his Queen or considered me the privilege to share his bed or live in his Chambers. He created a separate chamber for me and only came to mine when he had a need for intimacy.
