Chapter 31
Tata guided Baris out to a private practice field on the outskirts of town. The field, long abandoned for newer facilities, was empty except for Tata, Baris, and the Purple and Orange Knights who were standing in their armor waiting.
The two knights bowed as soon as they saw the prince and the mage.
“Do you think this is such a good idea, Tata my dear?” Baris asked a bit nervously as they walked towards the knights. “Both these men are brutes.”
“Of course. It will be a good confidence booster for you. A leader needs to be confident.”
“But fighting two knights at once? I mean, I’m good, of course, but they are both top 10 knights.”
“True, but they have really ugly armor. I am sure you can defeat them. After all, you are my man.”
