Chapter 139. Unexpected Attack

As the werewolves started making their way to Mel to devour her, from behind, Ruby flew at a speed of sound. She made a sonic scream slamming the werewolves away. The scream was so powerful that it came with a wind wave.

Ruby flew again at the speed of sound to the tower where Mel is. “What’s going on, sis?” she asked as her gaze was suddenly drawn to Mary who was laying lifeless. “Oh my God!” she cried out. “Is she dead?”

“Don’t worry about her, she isn’t dead. She will live.”

Mel understands a werewolf or a vampire can’t be killed by just snapping their neck. Snapping their neck will just put them in an unconscious state. Indeed, Mary was now a witch but she was also a werewolf meaning she can’t just be killed with a neck snap.
