Chapter 168. Dare
Before Mary could cast a binding spell on the clown doll, a smoke-like substance left the clown doll and disappeared into thin air. The clown doll fell becoming free from the control of the vengeful spirit of Mr. White. The sledgehammer fell making a clangor sound.
This was not supposed to happen if Mary succeeded in casting a binding spell on the clown doll before it became free from the control of the vengeful spirit of Mr. White. The binding spell would have made it impossible for the vengeful spirit to leave the doll and possess another object.
“This isn’t good,” Jack mutters as he quickly starts drawing a circle with salt. Before he could join the circle, he was sent flying by an unseen force. He was slammed to the shelves.
The vengeful spirit of Mr. White has become very powerful than anticipated. With his mind, he was about to send Jack flying even when the spirit remains invisible.
