Simon was still in the dark about the present task at hand, but Jane walked away from the armory without saying a word again.

Simon glances at Susan surprisingly. “Isn’t she coming with us?”

“The task is for us alone.”

“But she said ‘we,’ not just you and I alone.”

“There’s nothing to worry about, you and I can handle this. Just grab any weapon of your choice and don’t forget to get the golden bullets.”

“Why the golden bullets?” Simon inquired with curiosity.

“We are going after ghouls and they can only be killed with golden bullets.”

Simon nods his head in total acceptance but ignored Susan’s instruction. He made his way to the shelf where ammunition was kept and picked different kinds of AK47 magazines that contains silver and wooden bullets.

Then he moved to the gun shelf and grabbed an AK47. He glanced at Susan who was still making her pick. “I’m good to go!” he said.
