Mary didn’t want to go with them to the white witches’ cave. She needed to make sure Daniel was fine since he was the only one home. Her mother isn’t yet back with her new boyfriend, Stan White. She didn’t even bother using the doorbell nor did she ever bother if the front door was locked. She slammed the door open and barged into the house.

The sound that came from the slammed door terrified Daniel. He was startled by it. He quickly rose to his feet. “Oh my God!” he screamed like a little girl. His eyes were suddenly drawn to Mary which gave him relief. “Where have you…”
