Chapter 67. Hostage

“Screw you!” Mary steeled her failing nerves and sprang back to her feet. “You expect me to show you genuine love when you killed my father and lied about the mystic orb. Fuck you, Bruce, fuck you!” Mary’s eyes glowed as she pouched at Bruce. With her claws popped out she started punching Bruce with the claws. This was the first time she was bold enough to engage in a fight with Bruce.

Bruce was strong enough to push her off him. That’s the advantage he has as an alpha. He released a pitched howl. His snout pushed forth as he began his full transformation. As his transformation was nearing its completion, Mary pounced at him from behind.

She didn’t waste any time acting this time. She pulled out the amulet of life and placed it on Bruce’s forehead. A red glowing light shone out from the amulet and knocked Bruce off his feet and putting a stop to his transformation.
