Chapter 3
"Mochi."
Kingsley calmly said the name without raising his voice. However, those who were called immediately turned their heads with their ears straight. Without waiting for the master's second call, the cute animal named Mochi immediately rushed towards Kingsley and stood behind him.
"Damn beast! I will definitely torture you before I eat you!" There was a growl from one of the people trying to catch Mochi. Followed by his friend, who looked calmer, he rushed after Mochi and stopped with wide eyes at a human-like skeleton standing about two meters in front of him.
"What is it?" the red-eyed man asked.
"He... comes from what nation?" The jet-black asked without turning to his friend.
The red eyes followed the jet-black's gaze. Immediately, his eyes widened as he saw the figure in front of them. "I've never heard of a skeleton race before."
"Me neither."
"Hey, you guys! How dare you call me a skeleton? Do you really want me to turn you into a skeleton?" Kingsley chuckled in annoyance. Just be careful if he meets an insolent animal that has eaten his body. He would definitely torture it first before killing it slowly and painfully.
Again, the two people from the Ogre nation looked surprised to hear that the skull could speak. Despite his shock, the jet-black grinned. "Don't tell me that you accidentally sucked the blood of the girl we were hunting so that she could revive as if she were alive again, like now."
"You have wasted too much of my time."
CRAASSSHHH.
Kingsley waved his hand at the jet-black man. Immediately, red lightning-like fire appeared from the tips of his nails, moving quickly and aiming for the jet-black man's chest. Luckily, he immediately jumped aside to avoid the danger.
"Alright." A mocking smile appeared on the black pitch. "You better join in... AARRGHHH!"
Before he could finish his sentence, his back felt as if it had been stabbed with a sharp weapon. It turned out to be from the light Kingsley threw. The light continues to chase until it hits its target.
BRUKK.
Unable to bear the stinging pain, the jet-black man fell to his knees with a groan, his body bent forward. The bones of his fingers protruded so far that he clenched his fists to resist the pain and heat that tormented his entire back.
The red eyes widened as he saw a fifteen-centimeter-long cross wound on his friend's back. What was even more horrifying was that the wound seemed to be blistering. It was widening in an instant, eating away at the jet-black man's skin tissue.
The red-eyed man turned his attention back to the living skull that still stood there, seemingly waiting. When only a skeleton remains, the creature can be very dangerous. especially if its whole body is intact again. It might not have a chance to survive.
Is it true what the jet black said earlier? The creatures rose from the blood of the girl they were hunting. What about his powers? If that was true, he had to act quickly. He finished off the skull, then took the girl he was hunting for, who he was sure was still trapped in the ravine.
"AARRGGHHH."
A moan of pain could be heard from between the lips of the jet-black man. He could no longer speak. This pain took over his brain.
"Tch, you weak creature, but still arrogant as always." Kingsley scoffed.
"How do you cure it?" The red-eyed man tried his luck.
"This is my power, the easiest and most simple to use. There is no antidote. It just depends on how fast your body's wounds heal. It turns out the ogres are still weak."
The red-eyed man's fingers clenched tightly when he heard his people being insulted like that. In an instant, his muscles bulged. His red eyes widened until they almost filled his entire face. His teeth, previously neatly lined up, turned into fangs, looking like sharp saw blades as he grinned.
Kingsley watched the creature change, still calm. The ogres were no match for him, even though they had transformed into their previous form, whose strength was ten times greater than when they were in human form. Look at his friend now. He could only groan in pain as he waited for death to come.
"GHOAAAARRGG."
The red-eyed man had a loud voice in his true form. He looked five times larger than his previous size. His aura also became darker and thicker.
"I will crush your pathetic bones," the red-eyed man said in a harsh tone. His voice became heavier and booming.
Kingsley turned slightly toward Mochi. "Hh, I really don't like being called Skull or Bones."
Mochi tilted his head and looked at Kingsley with his big eyes, as if he were responding to his master's words.
"Yes, yes. Even if that's true, I still don't like it when people call me that." Then Kingsley's attention returned to the creature in front of him. "And I can never be nice to people who have insulted me." His tone was deeper and more threatening. Kingsley's right hand was raised, fingers outstretched, pointing directly at the red eye.
The red eye grinned. "It looks like you're ready to..."
Before he finished speaking, a red light like fire appeared from Kingsley's five fingernails, like the one that had attacked the jet-black man earlier. The five of them shot quickly and surrounded the large body of the red-eyed man.
The red eyes grinned again. "Do you think it will work this time? My body is much stronger now than when I was in human form."
Without answering, Kingsley's still-outstretched fingers clenched. As if on command, the five lights still surrounding the red eye simultaneously shot towards the body.
GHROOOAAAA!
The red-eyed man's pained voice boomed across the night sky. In the next second, the red light devoured the body of the red-eyed man like fire, burning him mercilessly.
Kingsley's attention turned to the jet black. Now the body isn't moving anymore. It clearly shows that the person is dead. The body, which was previously tall in human form, is now shriveled and blackened like a mummy from thousands of years ago. That's what happened when the ogres died. Unfortunately, the Red Eyes couldn't suffer the same fate, as the fire Kingsley threw would turn him to ash.
"It's done, Mochi." Kingsley turned to go back into the ravine, but Mochi blocked his way and then jumped up and down in front of Kingsley. "What is it?"
With his front paw, Mochi pointed at the body of the black ogre.
Kingsley turned his head and noticed what Mochi was pointing at. "I don't want to wear these strange clothes, Mochi. Let's go to the nearest kingdom. Maybe there are some nice clothes for me to wear. You know I have very good taste in personal items."
Kingsley walked towards the ravine, this time ignoring his pet, who continued to jump up and down with the intention of giving advice. Without difficulty, Kingsley jumped and landed lightly at the bottom of the ravine, right next to Queenza, who was sleeping.
"My Queen, it seems you have gone through a lot to reach this place," Kingsley muttered as he noticed the wounds on Queenza's arms. Then his attention was drawn to the clothes Queenza was wearing. "It seems I need to reconsider Mochi's proposal."
Kingsley kneeled down near Queenza's arm, where the wound looked the worst and was still bleeding. For a moment, he studied the wound, confused as to how to get Queenza's blood into his mouth. It turned out that not having lips and a tongue was really inconvenient.
Kingsley looked around the ravine, then his attention stopped at several leaves that looked wide and a little stiff. Hmm, maybe the leaves can help him.
Kingsley held out his hand with the palm facing up. In an instant, the leaf separated from its stem and floated to rest in Kingsley's palm.
He used the leaf to collect Queenza's blood and then transferred it to his mouth. He repeated this several times. He stopped as Queenza's blood began to react. A surge of energy filled him. so strong that it blinded Kingsley's vision. He didn't fight back, letting the energy from Queenza's blood work to heal him.
A few seconds left, and Kingsley felt his heart beat in his chest, followed by a rush of air that seemed to fill his lungs. He opened his eyes and looked down, watching his bodily organs reform.
"Okay, I confess... a little. I look disgusting."
PLUK.
Suddenly, Kingsley's vision went dark. Annoyed, he removed the ogre-scented cloth from his head, then looked up and cast an annoyed glance at Mochi, who was standing at the edge of the cliff.
The scarf consists of three pieces. And Kingsley had absolutely no idea how to put it on. He was sure that he had been asleep for a long time. Kingsley remembers very well how humans get bored easily and like to invent new things.
Kingsley's attention turned to Queenza, and he stared at her lips for a long moment. He and Queenza can share memories by kissing. He can also heal Queenza's wounds and reabsorb Kingsley's power, which was absorbed into Queenza's body when he drank the woman's blood. But it only works after they have made love, and Kingsley was Queenza's first man.
Many creatures misunderstood the power of Queenza's blood. They thought they could gain great power by drinking her blood. Although Queenza's blood can only heal and make the body feel fit, But it is fatal because it can make people who drink it lose their strength and turn into ordinary humans.
Can you do it?
Suddenly, the doubtful question echoed in Kingsley's mind, making him angry. Of course, he can. But wait until his body is whole again. And that means Kingsley needs more Queenza blood.
