Chapter 4

Queenza's eyes blinked slowly, then closed tightly as her head felt dizzy. One of her hands rose to touch her head. However, Queenza's entire body felt weak, and she even felt pain in several places.

Was he really asleep, or had he fainted?

A soft moan came from between Queenza's lips. She tried to get up, but his body wouldn't cooperate. Pain, weakness, and numbness

"Hey, Queenza."

She felt a soft pat on his cheek.

"Get up. You need to eat to regain your strength."

Eat?

Between the discomfort that surrounded her, Queenza tried to think of that one word. She wasn't hungry at all. Just thirsty? Yes, she was very thirsty.

"Queenza, come on, open your eyes!"

The pat on Queenza's cheek got louder. Even the voice that woke her up became more urgent. Her brain, still shrouded in thick fog, couldn't fully digest the situation.

"Queenza!"

"Nghh!" Again, Queenza could only groan.

Seeing this, Kingsley became confused. What should he do? Queenza had been asleep for a long time. The sun was rising, but the girl was still not awake. If left unchecked, Queenza's body will get weaker because she loses a lot of blood, is exhausted, and is hungry.

How long have these creatures been hunting Queenza until she is in this condition? Fortunately, fate brought Queenza to the grave at the right time. If not, she will most likely crystallize, and it will take decades for her to be plucked.

Yes, that's one of the natural strengths of the mixed offspring of humans and Dryads, or forest elves. When they are so weak that they almost die, their bodies will turn into crystals that will sink directly into the ground.

Like a seed, the crystal will grow slowly. It takes decades for the tree that grew from the crystal to bear fruit. only one fruit. a unique fruit that can only be picked by women who have reached the ripe age to conceive. Once the woman eats it, her body will react like a pregnant woman in general. And the baby born will inherit the mother's genetics.

just like Queenza today. Her whole person resembles a human. This shows that the woman who ate the fruit from the crystal came from the human race. Queenza's mother became pregnant and gave birth like a normal human. Queenza also grew up like a human. It wasn't until she turned twenty-one that his strength and memory returned.

Thinking about age, Kingsley wondered how old Queenza was now, considering that the girl still forgot about him. If you look closely at her face, it looks like she is still in her teens. Ah, it turns out that Queen Kingsley is currently a teenage girl. He felt very old.

Ah, but so what if you're old? The important thing is that he is still handsome and very capable of serving a teenage girl like Queenza in bed. So getting old is no longer an issue between them.

"Nghh... thirsty."

Queenza's weak voice distracted Kingsley. "Are you thirsty? Then open your eyes. You can't drink with your eyes closed."

Early that morning, Mochi led Kingsley to look for fruit and to fetch water from a river that was quite far from the forest where Kingsley's grave was located. It wasn't because he was hungry; he didn't feel anything at the moment. All of this was for Queenza because the girl needed to eat and drink.

Seeing that Queenza kept her eyes closed while occasionally making weak moans, Kingsley decided to help the girl sit against the cliff wall. Then he grabbed the strange object Mochi had given him that morning to use as a water container.

For a moment, Kingsley twisted the cap and then brought the rim of the bottle closer to Queenza's mouth. "Come on, Queenza, drink!"

Feeling the water touch her lips, Queenza seemed to have the strength to move. He grabbed the bottle and drank greedily until he coughed.

"Be careful. Your way of drinking is not very elegant."

Queenza's thirst was quenched, but she was not yet fully aware of her current condition. The deep and heavy voice caught her attention until she tried harder to open her eyes.

Slowly, Queenza's eyelids lifted, and her gaze settled on the two large holes where her eyeballs should be.

"KYAAAAA!"

"HUWAAAAA!"

Hearing Queenza's sudden scream, Kingsley reflexively shouted too. He fell to his knees from his previous kneeling position in front of Queenza.

Just as Queenza stopped screaming, her gaze fell on Kingsley's chest cavity, where various body organs were clearly visible and moving, showing that these organs were functioning normally even though they were in an unusual condition.

"KYAAAAA!"

Queenza screamed again. Fortunately, Kingsley had controlled himself this time, so he didn't hear Queenza's screams. He cleared his throat for a moment, then stood up with the dignity of a king.

"Don't embarrass me, Queenza. Screaming like that doesn't reflect nobility at all."

Queenza's shouting stopped. She blinked a few times as memories began to creep into her mind.

Isn't this the skull from last night? But why?" Queenza's question hung in the air as her eyes fell back on the throbbing organs of the skull. Then both hands reflexively closed her eyes, unable to hold back the feeling of horror.

"Don't you have any clothes?" Queenza shouted, still closing her eyes.

"You have insulted me, Queen. Other women would lose ten fingers just to see me without clothes." There was both offense and arrogance in Kingsley's voice.

Annoyed by the skull's words, Queenza dared to lower her hands to cover her eyes, then looked directly at the two eye sockets. "Yes, if you have good'stuff' to show off. But now, what do you want to show off? Those bones and organs? Even wild animals would hesitate to eat you."

Kingsley's skull opened. This is too late. "It doesn't matter that you are my Queen, Queenza. You will still be punished for insulting a king."

"After being chased by a strange creature, I’m now trapped in a ravine with an ugly skeleton who claims to be a king and calls me his queen." Queenza massaged her temples, which felt throbbing. His body still felt weak, and his hands were still numb. But what's most chaotic right now is Queenza's brain.

"Hah! Now you're calling me an ugly skeleton."

"You are an ugly skeleton!" Queenza shouted from where she was still sitting, leaning back.

"You will take back your words when my body is whole again."

"If you can make your body whole again, why not do it now?"

"I need your blood to do that. That's why you need to eat a lot," Kingsley explained, pointing to fruit Queenza hadn't noticed before.

The girl gaped. "You're telling me to eat so you can suck my blood? Am I a dairy cow?"

"Of course not. But similar."

"You..."

"Better to be a cash cow than a roast beef." Kingsley pointed over the cliff. "It seems there are some creatures who came because they smelled your blood. Shall I just leave you to them? They would be very happy to have a tasty lunch."

Queenza stared. Suddenly, her body trembled at the thought of what the skull had said. "Please don't!" Queenza clasped her hands to her chest.

Kingsley smiled inwardly when he saw this. It turned out to be quite easy to threaten Queenza. "Then just eat a lot. Let me take care of these annoying creatures."

Before Kingsley flew out of the ravine, Mochi suddenly jumped down from the ravine, carrying the clothes Kingsley threw away last night.

Nigh...nigh!

"Hey, you're the cute animal that led me here." Kanza remembered the furry animal.

"He's Mochi."

"Mochi? What did you call last night?"

"Yes."

Ngiiikk...ngiiiikk!

Mochi spoke again while jumping up and down on the clothes he was carrying.

"You want to tell me something?" Queenza asked curiously.

"Just ignore him," Kingsley said, annoyed.

Queenza's brow furrowed at the skull's reaction. Surely, whatever Mochi wanted to say had something to do with the skull.

Curious, Queenza grabbed the cloth that Mochi had stepped on. "These are men's clothes. Do you want the skeleton to wear it?"

"Queenza! Stop calling me a skeleton!" Kingsley sounded angry.

"What should I call you then? Walking Organ?" Queenza chuckled. Maybe because she felt that the skull had no bad intentions towards her, Queenza was no longer afraid. But a feeling of horror still gripped his heart every time she saw the pulsing organs behind the skull's skeleton.

"Call me Your Majesty King Kingsley!" Kingsley said it in a haughty tone while raising his chin like a noble.

Queenza wanted to squeal, but she stopped herself. "Okay. But on the condition that you wear these clothes, At least I won't be afraid to see you anymore."

"No way! These clothes are weird and smell like ogres."

"Skull base..."

"Hey!"

Annoyed, Queenza forced herself to stand up, then glared at Kingsley. "Kneel!"

"I bow to no one."

"I’m just helping you get dressed!"

"These clothes have lowered my self-esteem."

Furious, Queenza jammed two fingers into Kingsley's eye sockets, then pulled the skull to its knees before her.

"Hey, you're going to..."

Ignoring Kingsley's protests, Queenza slid the t-shirt in her hands over Kingsley's head, then grimaced as she pulled Kingsley's arms into the sleeves.

"Do you need help putting on pants, too?" Queenza asked in a mocking tone as soon as she was done with the t-shirt. Kingsley's body didn't look so scary now that it was covered in clothes.

Kingsley stood up quickly, making Queenza look up because his height only reached the shoulders of the skull. "I can do it myself. You've really embarrassed me."

"Okay, put them on quickly." Queenza handed the pants into Kingsley's hands, then turned to the pile of fruit. She deliberately sat with her back to Kingsley as she enjoyed the sweet fruit, which looked like cherries but was denser.

There was a sound of cloth being ripped behind Queenza. A few moments later, it stopped.

"Ahem, Queenza. How are you wearing that?"

Queenza rolled her eyes and turned away. Suddenly, she burst out laughing when she saw the sewn part of the pants outside, and Kingsley looked confused at the zipper.
