Chapter 12

Karen's POV:

Another ping was heard from downstairs. The next thing I heard was his voice saying to the meeting, "Okay if that is all, we are all set and can wrap this up and touch base tomorrow. Talk then."

I heard footsteps coming up the steps determined. As he entered his room, he saw me lying on the bed with one leg bent and the other crossed over it, with a seductive grin looking at him with eyes that dared him. He closed the door.

I said, "I was done waiting. I needed to do something to make you move faster."

The next thing I knew, in his swift movements, I was being tied tightly to the bed as he said, "Now you are not going to be moving for a while." I just grinned.

The loud sound from the speakers must have woken me up. And to think I was loving that. It was my way of escaping my lonely self. I imagined it. I dreamt about it.

I must have fallen asleep while letting my thoughts run wild, worryin
