Things seemed to be getting better with myself and Mr. Simone. He seemed relaxed these days and not so nervous or ill-tempered as he liked to portray.

He did not even complain when I hugged him last week. He just smiled and pretended to not care.

But there’s something odd I have noticed. He seemed to trust Mr. Diego without being aware of what Diego had in store for him.

He did not know he had a snake for a friend, someone who only had thoughts of suffering and pain for him and she felt pity for him.

It was even more surprising that someone as meticulous and suspicious as he was could not see through Diego and if he had not noticed that all his staff were mostly those that had been brought in by Diego including his driver.

That was not the only thing I have noticed. I have also seen that to get Mr. Simone's attention as a staff, you had to prove yourself to be useful by showing him potholes he might not
