Book 4: Chapter 34

Michael got ready for his meeting that was starting in the next hour, he quickly grabbed his files and left his room, hoping to catch a quick breakfast with Sasha before he left. He already made orders in the restaurant and he hoped it would be ready by the time they got there. He heaved a sigh and knocked on her door softly, but after waiting for some seconds and there was no answer, he had to knock again, louder this time. Few seconds later, the door was thrown open by a really sleepy Sasha.

He chuckled and raised an eyebrow, “Late night?”

Sasha yawned in a really not lady like manner and she showed that she didn’t give a damn what he thought, “some of us found it hard sleeping even after turning in. I Face timed with the kids and mom can be you know, something else.”

Michael smiled, “well, since clearly you still need sleep, I will leave you to it.”

“You are living already?”

“Not till the next hour.”

“I guess I really slept in didn’t I?”
