Chapter 42
I watch both of them, confused, and click my tongue. I think I've got it; I shouldn't meddle any further in this strange and confusing relationship. While I want Jack to be the one dating my sister, I also need to respect his decisions as her friend. I shouldn't take sides, but both of them are important to me. The first time I met Jack, I knew something was different about him, that he was always honest and kind. I was glad my parents chose him to marry Alana. I knew she wouldn't want to marry anyone back then, and I still doubt she does, but fate has brought them together. At least, that's what I believe.
"You guys can do whatever you want and stop arguing like kids," I say.
