Taylor’s POV
The busy nurse station buzzed with the usual energy as doctors and nurses hurriedly attended to their tasks. I took a moment to catch my breath and glanced around, spotting a group of nurses huddled together in deep conversation. Curiosity piqued, I made my way over to them, finding an empty seat beside them.
As I settled in, the nurses’ voices grew louder, discussing the newest addition to our department: Nurse Sandy. Their words were tinged with frustration and disappointment, painting a picture of someone with an uncooperative attitude toward work. The more they spoke, the clearer it became that a collective judgment was forming.
Feeling a pang of concern, I decided to speak up. “Excuse me, ladies. I couldn’t help but overhear your conversation about Nurse Sandy. May I ask what’s been going on?”
