Chapter 63. Surprise Visit

Kiara’s POV

The meeting was endless and tedious, but also informative. The disgusting Alpha Greg kept his filthy mouth shut under the rest of this day’s meeting. I was hoping he would be stupid enough to piss someone else off as Maze made it abundantly clear he does not want me to put the Alpha in his place. He would rather we didn’t have more fights for titles or death. I couldn’t help but chuckle when he said that and I asked him if I was too wild for him? He just growled and pinned me against the wall in our room. Something I sincerely love when he does!

We retreated before another outdoor dinner tonight with everyone, and opted for some much needed mate time in our room, but we didn’t get too far in our little dominance adventures before a guard mind-links us.
