Chapter 75. Precautions

Aria POV

I woke up disoriented in Andy’s room and headed for breakfast with him. I didn’t see Daniel there and I didn’t care. I was still livid.

When we finished breakfast, I took Andy to school and stayed there until my father-in-law mind-linked me to join him in his office. I asked Andy whether he wanted to stay with his friends or return to the packhouse with me. He was reluctant to stay without me so we left school early and snuck upstairs to his room.

After explaining the situation to Luna Sara, I left for Alpha Jackson’s office.

“Aria, you came,” Daniel’s father greeted me as I entered. My father was standing near him and he smiled when our eyes met.

“Luna,” he whispered, bowing and I walked to him. I needed a fatherly hug and he was ready to give me one.

My reaction surprised him but he welcomed me in his arms, patting my back and comforting me.
