Chapter 71

As the orchestra’s melodious tunes began to fill the air, Asher led me to the center of the gleaming dance floor. The music seemed to weave a spell around us, and were immersed in a world of pure bliss.

With each turn and twirl, I felt an indescribable connection to Asher as our bodies moved in perfect synchrony. His strong yet gentle touch sent shivers of delight down my spine, and his eyes which were filled with love and adoration never left mine. We were transported to a realm of pure magic, where time stood still and the world outside ceased to exist! For a moment, we forgot everything and focused on ourselves!

As we swayed and glided across the polished ballroom floor, there were soft whispers of admiration in the air. Maybe, the elegance and grace of our dance mesmerized them.

“I can’t wait for the guests to leave,” Asher whispered.
