Kang tried not to look at them, he was sure he would pull JaeHwa out of the other's arms, because Hayoon kept him tightly in his embrace and that bothered him like hell.
"Can the protective measure at least be accepted?" Ranah asked Bae, standing apart from the others.
"I'm looking forward to it. I'm not sure if it will end today, but Jeon needs it to feel more secure, because look at him, he's shaking.
Ranah looked at her brother-in-law, sighing when he nodded. he smiled at Bae, he knew the brunette was doing her best, and he hoped that really meant something to the Judge.
Everyone was called to assemble when the time finally arrived and they heard the Judge call for witnesses, further postponing the likely verdict for Kim.
JaeHwa thought if that judge could be one more corrupt person among so many that Kang kept by his side.
Kim smiled, of course, he had several witnesses he could take to defend him as the purest human being there could be.
