I watched as he rushed out with Danica immediately. I could sense something was wrong.

I didn’t waste any time. Thank goodness this time, I wasn’t tied up.

It would have been awkward.

I followed them out immediately, securing my robe with the belt.

Ronan grabbed a tee from his room before coming out to meet Danica; he had his serious face on.

The evidence of whatever went on inside the playroom was nowhere to be found. I called on his ability to change emotions to help me out now.

He took one look at me. “Go to bed,” he ordered.

“If this concerns me, then I want to stay. Don’t bother. I am not going anywhere,” I told him when he signaled Danica to take me to my room.
