Chapter 5

Anastasia luckily sneaked out of her room without anyone seeing her. She quickly, in a fast pace walked to the garden side where Pablo had requested they would meet.

She stood at a place while her eyes searched around the garden for him. " I'm right behind you." She shivered. " Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you."

She chuckled. "It's nothing."

" Never thought you'd show up." He said.

Yeah, neither did she. Micheal has made it a compulsory attitude that she must not leave the basement for any reason. And she was ready to bare whatever punishment he was going to give to her as far as he didn't stop her from seeing Pablo.

" You know, your brother never lets me leave the basement. I'm pretty sure he's gonna have me dead if he finds out I'm not in my room."

" It's okay if he finds out, I'll handle it."

" He's never gonna listen to you. He thinks we have something in common."
