He knew, rather he had realized that he had something in his heart more than just mere obsession for her. Something which was more potent. A strong feeling.

Obsession was a dark word. And a dark word like that was not meant to define what his heart had for her.

Obsession brought her into his dark world and now she was changing this dark world by giving birth to something so cherishable of a feeling in his heart.

It was a pure feeling. Which enlightened his dark soul. Made him content. It was bringing a change in him.

And simultaneously that feeling wasn't letting him live because it brought within him something that he never felt. That he never perceived in life. Rather, the teachings drilled in his mind, according to what he worked, he was never supposed to feel it.

He was merely supposed to feel... emotionless. He must be an emotionless, psychopathic maniac to make the mafia run. And no one was exempted from this rule. Not even the woman in his life.
