She walks ahead of me, slower than before. She runs her finger's through her hair. Palms the front of her dress. Then back. Repeat.

Her steps are slightly off-balance, like her legs haven’t fully recovered. And I know why.

I watch her hips move, the hem of her dress brushing her thighs, a little wrinkled now. Her hand drifts to her hair, trying to smooth it. But there’s no hiding what just happened.

Not when she’s still trembling. Her cheeks flushed. Red as beetroots. Chest heaving as if she's run a marathon. And eyes red. Desire still raw.

Not when she keeps pressing her lips together to swallow every leftover moan. Or bite her fingers when she still tries to wrap her head about what just happened.

She glances over her shoulder once, cheeks flushed.

I smirk.

Back at the table, she slides into her seat and picks up her knife like nothing happened. But her hand is shaking. Just a little.
