“Is there something from your past which is still hurting you?”

His eyes snapped in my direction and his next look that gets plastered on his face, almost broke my heart.

His eyes filled up with rage and his jaw clenched. That usual cold and dark look covered his face and suddenly he pulled me by my arms to stand up. I gulped down my saliva audibly and a known fear surrounded me after getting the fact that he is going to be angry. He held my shoulders in tight grip and I tried harder to stop the forming tears.
