REHAN POV

 FLASHBACK

“I have no one Mayra. Only I’ve got you. If you will also hate me like everyone then....never mind.” I said in a flat tone, my lips twitched in bitter smile.

She knitted her eyebrows and brought my palm near her heart.

“Are you hearing this?” She questioned with a weak smile and instantly my eyes snapped in her direction. I looked at her then my palm and then lastly held an eye contact with her.

“Can I hate my heartbeat?” She asked again and I searched her face to find what she meant but after few moments I slowly shook my head

That’s when her smile went bigger.

“This heartbeat is for you. So if I couldn’t hate it then how can I hate you?” She said softly and I get almost startled in shock.

FLASHBACK ENDS

A faint smile plastered on my face, remembering the best moment which I shared with her. She said that she’ll never hate me. But after today I don’t feel anything but hatred for her.
