Chapter 72. A Realistic Drawing of Chris

Adele's POV

We arrived at home and it was getting dark outside already. Chris parked the car on one side and I got down from the car immediately, pulling my bag after me. 

I went inside the house and the sensitive lights in the sitting room immediately turned on. I turned back to check if Chris was coming and I watched him walk closer and closer. 

I decided to leave the front door open before walking slowly into the sitting room. God, I am so tired. All I did was sit down and chat with Chris's mother. I have no idea how I got so exhausted. 

The front door closed behind me and I turned around. Chris walked in and I forced a small smile at him. 

"You have no idea how much I have missed you," he said as he took large strides toward me, pulling his suit jacket off and I just giggled. 

Chris appeared in front of me within seconds and he dropped his jacket on the couch behind me carelessly.
