James decided that he wasn't going to stress himself calling Trish again. He even was telling himself that she might be ignoring him, but he didn't even care because everybody was going to judge themselves, so if she thought that ignoring him was going to help, so let it be. When the summon was served, he didn't even get it from Jennifer till the day after; she was the one that filed what needed to be filed back; he just signed and overviewed it and saw that it was okay, and he told her to file it.

James knew that late coming was prohibited in the court, and he didn't want the Judge to use it against him, so he started preparing to go to court. He had already told Jennifer to hold off on his calls for today.
