Sienna’s POV
“Oh good, you’re still alive,” I said to Freya as I stroked her arm. “Blink twice if you need an adult.”
Freya laughed. “I’m fine,” she smiled at me, looking happier than I had seen her in a while. “Milo is really great,” she paused. “I’m going to check out a college today, they have some courses I’m interested in.”
“Which college?” Sienna asked. “I can give you a ride? I think it’s going to rain today.”
“Oh no it’s fine,” Freya said as she paused. “It’s the Golden Oak College towards the center. I could use the walk.”
“That place has a great reputation,” I said with a smile, hearing nothing but positivity about their education level.
“The only thing you should be studying is me,” Milo said from the corner of the kitchen. I wanted nothing more than to ball my hand into a fist and slam his smug mouth.
