Rufus’s POV

My head whirled as the information from very recent events played back in my mind. For one I felt relief that Sienna knew about Freya and I, but on the other hand, I felt scared.

‘You seem uneasy Rufus,’ Silver said in my mind ‘What’s going on?’

‘Just everything,’ I said in reply to my wise wolf ‘The past hour has been a mind dump of various emotions’

Silver chuckled ‘Surely relief is one of those emotions’

‘It is,’ I said in reply ‘I’m glad Sienna knows, you know how I hate keeping things from her. But I’m not sure about Milo.’

‘You mean on whether you should tell him or not? He’s going to find out one way or the other,’ Silver said ‘Would you rather him find out from you and Freya? Or from mindless gossip between the packs.’

‘True…’ I replied to Silver, my mind wandering as I watched Freya and Sienna chatting.
