Chapter 24. Invitation

Elena's POV.

I finally finished inviting everyone, including Anna and Adam - which wasn't easy, let me tell you. I was exhausted from all the effort, and my throat was parched. I reached for a glass of water, drained it in one gulp, and then collapsed onto my bed, feeling like I'd accomplished a feat.

The thought of seeing Anna and Adam's reactions at the party was still making me smile, and I couldn't wait for the big day to arrive. With a contented sigh, I closed my eyes, ready to take a well-deserved rest.
