Chapter 46. He Wants to Reject Me

Elena's POV.

"Elena, give me your hands," he said, his voice firm but gentle.

But I didn't move. I was contemplating asking him if he knew we were mates or not. I was tired of this game, tired of trying to figure him out.

"Let him help you up," he said, and I stared at him, confused - what type of man was he? At this point, I was tired of this - did he really want me?

Let's assume that he really knew I was his mate, but standing in front of me, he was not experiencing any sign of happiness.
