Chapter 197

With a loud yell, Douglas gestured for his men to raid the entire packhouse after fighting tooth and nail with the Lycan Pack’s warriors. He had to admit they had a strong attack on them, but his warriors could overpower them because of their large population.

To his disappointment, nobody was found. He couldn’t believe Dylan would run away with his tail between his legs. He had anticipated the fear in the eyes of his foes as they begged for mercy.

His arm that Dylan had torn had been tied up. Aside from the deep gash, he didn’t get to sustain many wounds from him. It made Douglas happy. At first, he doubted the power of the stone helping him to victory. But the absence of it in Lycan Pack only made him realize that Dylan was powerless without the stone.

Getting down from the horse, Douglas had a prideful look on his face. He would have never imagined a certain day would come when he could storm the Lycan Pack and make every one of them beg for his mercy.
