Chapter 59

Leila's POV

I stared at my wardrobe naked as I came. They were the clothes I had worn two years ago. Would they even fit?

After much deliberation, I finally settled on a knee length pink cotton dress with an A-line silhouette. The neck was round so it was comfortable and therefore a good choice.

I put the dress on and when I looked at the mirror, I looked so small in it. It was a well fitted dress but I guess that I became too skinny. I wore a belt to hold the waist. Then I settled for my white sneakers. At least they are still my size.

I sprayed a little perfume and after I was satisfied with my dressing, I made my way out of the room.

"Oh my goodness, you took too much even after I had begged you that we were supposed to be early. Were doing a makeover?" Lilly said immediately she saw me hitting her forehead dramatically.

"She usually takes nothing less than thirty minutes I thought you knew." Kenny chuckled his attention fully on his phone.
