Leila's POV

"Are you okay?" Leila asked feeling concerned and I nodded smiling.

"Of course I am."

"You can't always act strong, Leila." Kenny said. I was picking my fingernails, refusing to meet their concerned gaze.

"I am over him. I don't feel a single thing about him." I said looking through the car window as Kenny drove us out of the place. The car screeched and came to halt. Kenny turned to me.

"I know that you don't feel anything about him again. I figured it out when you talked back to him this morning. But let's face this shit. What he said in the morning and hours ago is not okay and you shouldn't act strong." Kenny said and the tears I had been holding hard started dropping. I had no control over my emotions again.

"I don't know why everyone feels that because I don't have a wolf makes me the worst being. I didn't ask to be born without a wolf. He didn't have to rub it in my face every time he saw me." I said in a breaking voice.
