Chapter 9. Necklace

Hiro's reaction was the same as I expected it to be.

I know this will happen. I'm expecting this to happen but not this soon!

"Is that you, Amaya?" he asked. I don't know what he feels, but based on his reaction right now, he's disappointed and disgusted with me.

Hiro's face was hit by the moonlight as well. Suddenly, my tails glow blue and red. Hiro and I floated, and my tails wrapped around him. So he's closer to me now. 

What is this? 

My fox bead began to glow, and so was his heart. I can see through it, it's bright red and placed on his chest. 

"Amaya, where are you?" Mune came and was shocked to see this strange thing. 

"H-he's your mate?" he asked. 

"Mate?" Hiro murmured. 

I don't know! Mate? How come? He's a human being! I can't be destined with someone like him!

A piece of my feather falls off, only to mark Hiro's ne
