If there was one thing I got from the conversation I had with Elliot, it was how much I appreciated my mates. Asher, Roy, Blair and Felix stood before me, and I couldn’t help but feel a certain level of affection for them.

They were always there for me, through thick and thin, and they went out of their way to protect me, no matter how dangerous the threat was. I couldn’t help but smile at them softly.

I sunk into Asher’s arms, and he held on to me tightly. I reached out for Roy and Blair, and grabbed a hold of their hands. I pulled my face closer to Felix and planted a kiss on his lips. They all looked at me, warmth filling their gaze.
