Killian's POV

I shot at whoever wasn't wearing the same attire as my men. The fight was heated and I tried as much as possible to make sure I wasn't shot anywhere that would be fatal. I looked around the room trying to catch a sight of Esmeralda. It was hard especially with the smoke and the people shooting around the room.

Despite all that, I still tried my best to search around for her, even calling her. I doubted that she would be able to hear it. The noise of the guns going off and the sound of fighting and shouting, I didn't expect her to hear me calling. 

But that didn't mean I would give up.

I still yelled, I still called for her. I still wanted to see her, to hear her. To feel her again.
