Chapter 20. Ruined Night
Sianna's POV
The most heartwarming laugh escaped his throat. His head tipped back and his broad shoulders bounced from his chortle. It made my heart thumped like a slipknot drum solo.
I was no comedian.
Lapping my legs, I tilted my head and fluffed the bulk of black hair at my ears before managing to arrow him with a pointed gaze.
“I have no girlfriend.” He rattled off, controlling his grin and raked his hand through his slick black long hair.
Ding! Ding! Ding! And my lie detector senses discerned that to be a lie. I folded both my lips and cast my eyes on the menu.
“I’ll have the Lobster, Stuffed Rigatoni, Carrot Purée, and Corn Sabayon.” I chose to be decisive on the menu. This night need to end quickly. Yes, I need to get away from him because everything that he did was seducing me, plus he lied.
The way his lips moved when he spoke, his conspicuous abs, the way his hands gestured when he talked and all I want to do
