Chapter 442. Darker Dark Wolverson

Valen’s POV 

My temper snapped.

“Don’t even suggest that. I know you mean well, but I'm not sending Raina away.” I let out a low, rough growl into the phone pressed to my ear. 

The very suggestion provoked me. 

Possessive anger coiled in my chest, and I asked, "How else can she destroy the medallion? It's wreaking havoc, Dad. You should see what I'm looking at.”

With my back to my desk and chair, I stared out the window of the Alpha's office at the pack house. 

I woke up to a kind of darkness upon Dark Wolverson. It fooled me this morning, letting me oversleep because I kept looking out for the first ray of sunrise to come through the window. It didn’t.

“The damn medallion is altering the atmosphere.”
