Chapter 24. Jealous

Ed Shane's eyes glanced sharply at Chris who had just spoken. It was clear that he didn't like Chris being here at all, moreover he also knew that Chris had had a relationship with his wife before.

His chest felt tight, there was an outburst of anger that could no longer be contained. Even so, Ed Shane still tried to act calm. He didn't want Lilyana to think badly of him and make a scene at the airport.

"Tell me sometime, Lily," said Ed Shane, choosing to text his wife instead of responding to Chris's words.

He also deliberately kissed Lilyana's cheeks and forehead, not only that, he also kissed in a few moments.
