"Absolutely nothing. Miss Emily and Sir Richard are a blessing to me and my family." Sam speaks in monotone, like a broken machine. "Now, you sound just like Alexis. You don't…" Lewis is cut off by the raise of Sam's index finger. It is a sign for him to shut up. He stops talking, fortunately. Sam slowly takes out a recording tape from the audio player. 

He disconnects it and sets it on the seat next to him. "Holy shit!" Lewis curses, with his eyes staring wide at the tape. "Yeah, that is right. They keep a recording device on most of the cars. I thought if I kept quiet you would keep quiet. The Prince song took me by surprise." Sam now talks in his normal voice and looks less anxious.
