"You do not have to regret what did or did not do. Or what you could have done. The past is gone, it can not be changed. Learning this is the first key to acceptance." Lewis advices Shabaz. "I know the past can not be changed but some times it lingers in the present. It lingers in the voices in my head sometimes." He confesses while he brushes at the base of Lewis's neck, taking off any stray hairs.
