“I was really confused when I heard him call my daddy his daddy.”

“Me too, I didn’t know we had a little brother.”

Hearing the kids talk about their encounter with Sandra’s son made me laugh. It wasn’t funny but their reaction to the incident was funny.

They had no idea Sandra and I used to be best of friends. I wasn’t even planning on talking to them about it. I was a little bit relieved that they finally found out about their half-brother.

After chatting with them for another few minutes, I put them to sleep and went back to my room. I indulged in a long and relaxing shower because I had a really long day.

I dried off my body and changed into my nightclothes. Just as I was about to get to sleep, my phone rang. I retrieved it from the bedside drawer and saw it was Amanda calling me.
