Chapter 35. Krystal’s Bodyguard
"Yeah, Cedric?" As I glanced, the name Cedric appeared there.
"Bad news, sis."
Initially, I was sitting somewhat leisurely, legs crossed and leaning against the back of the sofa. Hearing his suspicious tone, I straightened up. "What do you mean?"
"It looks like Krystal's car got sabotaged, Sis. Mr. Dennish couldn't have done this."
"I don't understand yet, Cedric."
"Can we meet at the hospital tomorrow?"
"Okay," I replied promptly. I didn't have any premonitions about an accident. It was just my logical thinking that someone meticulous and careful like Mr. Dennish wouldn't end up in such a situation. That's it. No other strange thoughts.
"What's up, Ai?" Andrew asked, dropping himself right beside me.
"Cedric said there's a suspicion that my car was sabotaged."
His fists clenched even tighter. "I've been suspecting that. It reinforces the suspicion that Phillip is involved, Ai."
